1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Klotho app, published by Laura Bojon EI, which helps organise a wardrobe and put outfits together.

2. Account

Signing up is free and reserved to people aged 15 or over. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the information you save.

3. Beta version

Klotho is a beta: features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Your feedback helps us improve it.

4. Klotho Premium and purchases

Klotho can be used for free, with limits. Klotho Premium (monthly or yearly subscription), the Founders offer (one-time purchase, for life) and AI analysis credits are paid through Google Play or the App Store, at the prices shown in the app. The subscription renews automatically; you can cancel it at any time from your Google Play or App Store account, at least 24 hours before the renewal. Refunds follow the rules of these stores. Bought credits never expire, but cannot be refunded or transferred once used.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You only allow us to store and process them to provide the service. Do not add photos you have no rights to, nor unlawful content.

6. Suggestions

The proposed outfits are automatic suggestions, not professional advice. The weather comes from a third-party service and may be inaccurate.

7. Liability

Klotho is provided “as is”. The publisher cannot be held liable for a temporary unavailability or a loss of data, within the limits allowed by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. An account used abusively may be suspended.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
